“RCB’s PGDIB programme played a transformative role in shaping my scientific and professional trajectory. The rigorous training at RCB, combined with my hands-on research experience during the 6-months internship at Dr. Reddy's Aurigene Oncology Limited in cell and gene therapy (CAR-NK immunotherapy) equipped me with a strong foundation in molecular oncology, advanced laboratory techniques, translational research .This integrated exposure to Industrial R&D, had enabled me to seamlessly bridge experimental science with real-world healthcare applications. Further, I strengthened it with training in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Johns Hopkins University, during which, I developed the ability to contextualize complex biomedical data into actionable insights.”

“I began my journey by stepping away from a corporate marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry to pursue PGDIB at RCB—a decision that ultimately paved the way for my entry into the vaccine industry. What started as a shift in direction soon evolved into a transformative experience, further strengthened by the facilitation of industrial internship exposure at the Serum Institute of India by RCB, shaping both my scientific perspective and career path. At RCB, I immersed myself in a dynamic learning environment that went far beyond textbooks. From mastering techniques like flow cytometry and RT-PCR to gaining exposure to advanced platforms such as mass spectrometry and Sanger sequencing, each experience sharpened my scientific curiosity and technical precision.”

“Coming from a background in Biotechnology, I enrolled in the RCB PGDIB Programme in 2025. During the six-month coursework, I received extensive hands-on training in practical modules, including protein purification, genomics, flow cytometry, and various analytical techniques. I also completed a data science module conducted at the Indian Biological Data Centre at RCB. As part of the PGDIB programme, I undertook an internship at the Serum Institute of India, where I gained valuable exposure to recombinant cell and gene therapy. This intensive training experience played a key role in helping me secure a position as a Production Executive in the MSAT department at Bharat Biotech International Limited, Hyderabad.”
